Joe is the party administrator, legal affairs secretary and founder member of CDP, He is an IT consultant based in the UK midlands. He set up the party in 2010 because he felt there was a need in UK politics for a party that was prepared to challenge the corrupt political and legal system that only really serves the feudal elite rather than the people, further, he writes, "In the face of the great shadow that hangs over the 21st Century, there is a need to restate common sense policies and to have a return to a rational intellectualism in British and European politics instead of blindly following the neo con agenda promoted by the illuminati and thier stooges, CDP is the only party that currently fulfills that role and purpose."
