Law and Legal reforms

4.0 Review of all statutory instruments, orders in council for legality, human rights issues by a standing parliamentary commission.
5.0 Statute’s repealed by qualified majority only, a higher vote on repeal, than the enacting vote repeals only, progressive democracy.
6.0 Standing commission of inquiry into legacy administrations.

13.0 Strict application of Rehabilitation of Offenders Act across all other legislation
14.0 Prohibition of disclosure of criminal records to employers, where the Rehabilition of Offenders Act applies, excepting only employment with vulnerable groups for relevant offences.
15.0 Prison reform, abolition of Victorian prisons, modernisation program.
16.0 Community service order reform, extended scope and provision.
17.0 Land reform, all land held freehold to be held freehold absolute, not indefinite leases from sovereign bodies, a ceiling on the maximum amount of land that can be held by corporations, individuals and trusts.
